Nice photograph. Makes me think of 1950s sci-fi films for some reason. ‘Qatermass and the Wheel of Doom’ perhaps.

Thanks! I have a fondness for 50s-style photographs, and if you look in photography and travel books from that era you’ll see lots of dark, black and white pictures of emerging urban landscapes, often with captions refelcting the untarnished optimism of the era.
