The base of what is probably “Extension Tube Set II” for the SR-T or MC/MD Minolta manual focusing system. The set comes in five parts: a bayonet base mount to camera body, three tubes (No 1, No 2, No 3), and a bayonet mount plate for the lens. No connections so everything is manual.

This picture was taken on an A100 and Minolta 50 mm f/1.7 prime with a Cokin Close Up +2 filter.
